Expanding Your Leadership Mindset
I believe the best leaders are students of leadership. New approaches, sometimes even different ways of conveying the same message can enhance leadership effectiveness. Great leaders constantly try to hone their craft.
My LinkedIn Learning course entitled Leading with Intelligent Disobedience attempts to help in this endeavor by providing a different perspective on processes and rules. It also challenges the leader’s approach to taking risks. It’s not about “disobeying” as a matter of course. It’s about considering bending rules or not following a process when those rules or processes won’t yield the result they are intended to produce.
LinkedIn Learning is also focused on developing leaders and small teams. And they are demonstrating that focus in a very tangible way.
To support small to medium businesses in upskilling their teams LinkedIn Learning has released the new product LinkedIn Learning for Teams. https://learning.linkedin.com/products/linkedin-learning-for-teams
I’m excited to share that my course is featured to help upskill smaller teams. You can check out my Leading with Intelligent Disobedience course featured in the learning path called Hone Your Mindset as a Leader (link is included below).
?And you can do so for FREE during October, as the whole learning path is unlocked, so you don’t have to be a paying member of LinkedIn Learning to view these courses.
Check it out and broaden your leadership capabilities!
