When I was burned out, traditional meditation practices were challenging for me. Mindfulness could take many forms, and meditative writing became my path to presence.

Meditation can take many forms. While traditional seated meditation works beautifully for some, others might find it triggers their symptoms and may find their peace through:
Our center embraces multiple paths to mindfulness because everyone's journey is unique. Both approaches are valid and valuable whether you find peace in stillness or movement.
Listen to your body's wisdom when something makes you uncomfortable during practice. Some days might call for stillness, others for movement. Both can be mindfulness practices.
The key is awareness of your experience. Whatever form your practice takes, it's about moving through life with more significant presence and ease.
