This acquisition has been made possible through additional investment, led by IBL Group through its portfolio company, Nupo, with continued backing from MIG, Santos, MajInvest, and other private investors. This funding will enable Liva to accelerate its growth, ensuring that it can expand its reach and continue to develop high-quality, patient-focused health interventions that support long-term behavioural change.
