Expanding horizons through EMCC

This month reveals significant developments in my journey as a coaching supervisor that delve beneath the surface...

As a coach seeking supervision, you'll want (I am assuming I know) to partner with someone who brings depth, experience, and recognised credentials to support your growth. I'm excited to share that I've recently expanded my qualifications in coaching supervision, enhancing my ability to be of service to you (yes, you!).

Building on my existing ICF- supervisor status, I've undertaken advanced training with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). This rigorous programme, delivered through Henley Business School, deepens my expertise in supervision practices.

Upon completing my current assignment and logging over 50 hours of supervision, I'll receive a certificate in Supervision from Henley. As I continue accruing experience, I'll be eligible for EMCC accreditation once I surpass 120 hours.

The EMCC is renowned for its focus on supervision, offering a European perspective that complements my global ICF credentials. Their evidence-based competency framework ensures I can provide high-quality supervision across various contexts.

My expanded skillset allows me to offer:
