Koka is running his gym business. His ancestor was an extremely rich farmer. Koka wants to do something on his own, so he has established numerous gyms in the city’s diverse corners.
Initially, he rented all these gyms and kept gym instructors; later he built his own building.
It was going well for him, but the Pandemic caused a huge loss.
He is struggling to attract individuals to his gym!!
He has invested huge money into the?Gym ambient?building. Ambient designed to do a lot of exercises. An inspirational poster and theme have been added to the gym walls to inspire individuals to stretch more. If no one comes to the Gym, it is an enormous loss for him. Online membership is not good enough for his business to flourish.
He is investigating many different themes to attract individuals into the Gym ( Physical)
He has also started providing facility after gym healthy snacks and a juice counter to attract people physically to the gym.
He wants to expand his gym further.
What strategy could he adapt?.
He hired a consultant to provide him with some idea
This strategy worked for a few youngsters as they wanted to look attractive to social media time
During or after the gym, they take photos with the new trendy gym cloth, which multiplies their look
It creates some buzz in?the?individuals?and wishes?to come to the gym.
It generates a tremendous awareness among all his gym members who are consistently doing better
and he is keeping internal competition among them to stretch their limits and become better
The visual image was received from their mobile and sports watch what they are using. He has gifted Fitbit watch to all and encourages everyone to measure their progress.
It indeed worked among all the individuals to become better than others

He invites a dietician to speak for 30 mins every week about healthy habits in his gym. Every Saturday morning and evening, ask the experts.
Many youngsters are the listeners of such session
Lazy individuals are predominantly got benefit from these sessions. Repeated messages served them to overcome procrastination
He was training individuals who were interested in cycling and walking weekly.
He was encouraging all these people to participate in the local marathon and cycling competition
It created a lot of enthusiasm among some of the people. Some of his gym people have won 10k marathon races.
He himself also participates in all these events
He is overbooked now on his gym membership
Every gym member can find out who among them is most active in all the physical activities.
He gives them a gift when they reach certain points. He has created many gym instructors from his teaching.
