Expanding cross-border network

Seeking further partners for cross-border cooperation

We are looking to expand our network of local partners in various European and non-European jurisdictions. Our intention is to take the current network of trusted and pre-approved cooperation partners to the next level. The product-lines we are seeking to expand currently are cross-border debt collection and cross-border restructuring and insolvency advisory. Others will follow. The network shall in principle be based on an exclusive level within given product-line and jurisdiction.

We are seeking to establish personal ties with lawyers and advisors with cross-border experience and exposure who have decision making powers within their firms organization.

7-10 years of post qualification practice and english skills (other languages are a plus) are essential.

The prospective partner firms should be placed at mid-market-level, but we are also open to single practices with a high degree of specialization.

The cross-border network teams shall make use of modern IT tools to ensure speedy and effective communication and decision making. The relationship between individual team members and between their organizations shall be based upon pre-agreed and pre-approved documentation and standards to ensure seamless and smooth workflow. In a further step it is envisaged to market the product lines jointly through various channels.
