I was researching on how can a bakery business based out of Chennai, India can expand its capabilities, using the available marketing technology and advertising technology.

"I’m old enough to remember the world before the internet.
I recall observing how people behaved when the internet, especially Google, became widespread and mainstream.
They would sit in front of the computer, excited to explore this new world, open up Google… and… nothing.
They’d stare at the screen, not knowing what to type.
They faced their own limitations.
They knew what they knew but couldn’t figure out any question, problem, or topic to explore further. They were intellectually stuck.
