Examine and challenge every part of your business with an open and inquisitive mindset."

It's about diving deep into every aspect of your business, from processes and products to people and culture, and asking the tough questions.

Asking these questions helps identify areas that are ripe for innovation and improvement. It challenges the status quo and fosters a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.
