I recently came across an article (link below) which then took me into reviewing a series of things relating to Neurodiversity, the emerging thought that variation of the human condition (such as autism and ADHD) are "normal", and that with the proper preparation, employers can benefit through a workforce containing neurodiversity. #neurodiversity #autism #ADHD
