The world is changing and it is not going back to the way it was. Onsite events will evolve via digital transformation and emerging augmented and virtual reality, mobile streaming and emerging immersive virtual presentations with AI-driven existential events. It's not that people don't want to go to live events they need to know the events are safe and that people at the events are also safe as well as getting to and from the event is also safe. This webinar will explore the business, technological and human factors that make events exciting, adventurous and engaging. Here are some comments in a research survey conducted with CEO's and CMO's expressing their views on their plans:
? We need to rethink just main events but also local partner events
? We can't do too many online "bunched" events as there we can only do so much
? Large shows going to virtual -- we are learning along with them
? Need to offer "hands-on" virtual events
? Only so many hours in a day for vendors and users
? 90% !! already working on alternative solutions
? We are "doubling-down" on digital platforms
This brief webinar is an introduction, collaborative discussion and analysis of moving, migrating, re-thinking everything about onsite and online business marketing and communications. Nothing is off the table as live show producers, exhibitors and others have vested interests in these productions but all realizes that there needs to be new ideas, concepts and ways to enhance these events. As one CMO put it, "onsite events give us ways to demonstrate solutions and offer a personal approach to customer engagement. However, 99.99% of the people cannot go, won't go, but also need to know about what we do, we need to be engaging differently with video, online, streaming, mobile and whatever is imaginable."
