An Existence Without Both JOY and SADNESS is Existence Without Balance by Valerie Cheers Brown

There is nothing of the sort as discovering happiness via looking for it straightforwardly. It must come on the off chance that it comes by any stretch of the imagination. In a roundabout way, or by the service, the adoration, love, and the joy and/or happiness we provide for other people.

There is nothing of the sort as consistent "bliss." You are an individual that feels. It is all right not to be cheerful constantly. Until you acknowledge that all feelings have equivalent significance in your life and are similarly as critical to your development, you can't discover harmony or joy.

Happiness originates from understanding that the manner in which we feel about a circumstance will change after some time through our discernment. That is our capacity. At the point when you, at last, acknowledge what the experience was attempting to show you, you will discover harmony in it.

It may not occur straight and/or right away and you should show restraint and/or patience. In due time it will all bode well and you will be more shrewd as a result of it. Toward the finish of torment & pain, more prominent self-esteem is standing by.

Moral: At the end of pain, greater self awaits. Some portion of being the courageous woman of your own life is tolerating the awful with the great. Not avoiding it or concealing it or bypassing it to make it look prettier. I think it is much more intrepid to discuss our questions and fears as opposed to acting like everything is flawless. An existence without both JOY and SADNESS is existence without balance. Joy is actually nothing without sadness or sorrow when you think about it. As Kahlil Gibran's poem "On Joy and Sorrow" premise states, "Then a woman said, Speak to us of Joy and Sorrow. ... Some of you say, “Joy is greater than sorrow,” and others say, “Nay, sorrow is the greater.” But I say unto you, they are inseparable. Together they come, and when one sits alone with you at your board, remember that the other is asleep upon your bed."
