Exhibiting Excellence: Our 58th Consecutive Year at NADA

Reynolds and Reynolds has been attending NADA for a long time. This year’s expo marked our 58th consecutive year at the show, making us the longest-running exhibitor. After so many years, you might think the excitement level would wane a little bit. Well I’m here to tell you that this year’s event was as exciting as ever.

My NADA kicked off a little earlier than usual with the Automotive News Retail Forum, hosted at Wynn Las Vegas. Reynolds was proud to be the exclusive lead sponsor of this year’s event and I appeared on a panel hosted by Emma Hancock. I was joined by representatives from two of our dealer partners: Sam Jarvie , vice president of sales and F&I operations at Ken Garff Automotive Group , and Abe Samari , director of retail strategy at the Swickard Auto Group . We talked about the importance of data, how it can drive more valuable customer interactions, and how Reynolds can provide value to dealers of all shapes and sizes—from large groups to single-point stores.

Reynolds was proud to be the exclusive lead sponsor of the Automotive News Retail Forum and I was honored to share the stage with Sam and Abe.

When the show opened up on Friday, our booths were busy right from the jump. This is the highest traffic I can remember seeing in over 10 years. And we had a lot to showcase. In the ReconTRAC? booth, dealers were lining up to learn more about AutoVision. As I’ve mentioned before, I think this tool is a real game changer as the used car market continues to fluctuate. TRUESPOT - It Starts with Location… was also popular over in the KeyTrak booth. Thanks to a new partnership, KeyTrak Edge systems now allow dealership personnel to locate vehicles and keys faster using TrueSpot’s real-time location services technology.

There was activity throughout the Reynolds village. Gubagoo showed off a brand new booth and a prototype of their Customer Data Platform (CDP). American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. was swamped with dealers looking for new F&I products. Proton Dealership IT was in the same booth talking about two new products: vCIO, a virtual chief information officer, and Account Shield, a fully managed online account and email security service. And our LAW? brand launched law553.com, their brand new website designed to handle all of your compliance document needs.

While I was at the show, I got the chance to catch up with Jamie Butters from Automotive News and Paul J Daly from ASOTU | More Than Cars . Thank you both for the opportunity to talk about what Reynolds is working on in 2024.

Always great to catch up with the guys from ASOTU. Rumor has it they'll be visiting us in Dayton soon.

Our core focus is how we can help our customers. If you prioritize your customers’ needs, the rest takes care of itself. We’re seeing customer acquisition and retention numbers like never before. Momentum continues to build. And as we look forward to NADA 2025 in New Orleans, we’re planning to let the good times roll.
