Exercise 1??: Bicep Builder 15 reps
Exercise 2??: Outside grip Chest Builder 15 reps
Exercise 3??: Overhead Grip shoulder builder 15 reps ??Perform all exercises in a slow, controlled manner. At no time should you feel out of control. Take control of the Python rather than letting it control you. Do not let Python to snap back! Go Total Of 3-5 Rounds!
