“If you don’t make time for exercise, you’ll probably have to make time for illness.â€
-Robin Sharma
Do you reserve some time for exercise? Do you think that exercise is just for the body??
Physical exercise in yoga, stretching exercises, Pilates, or simply walking has been a big boon to your physical body and overall wellness.?
If you are struggling with ways to ensure that it becomes a part of your routine, here are the ways:?
- Timetable: make a time slot for all the kinds of activities you have to do during the day like work, family time, and physical exercise.?
- Reward: as and when you complete the required amount of exercise of the day, reward yourself with something like a fruit bowl, watching a movie or some healthy reward.?
- Motivation: ask your friends or family members to become your support and encourage you to exercise by cheering you up.?
- Start and progress: beginning slowly and then moving toward heavy exercises is okay. Give your body time to get adjusted to exercises and then gradually perform heavy ones.?
- Be kind: not every day would be the same for your body. So try to listen to your body and exercise accordingly. Don't be too harsh, and don't be too lazy. Strike a balance.?
Your body will surely thank you for the exercises and taking care of it today and for the upcoming years. Begin now and bring in the mental and physical benefits for yourself.?

1 å¹´Well said Prakash .. Exercise has never been more important that today's world where convenience is a way of life and this ease of doing things is making us weaker (physically) by the day. Sedentary lifestyle is a major source of all new ailments and illness.
