In this role, you will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the culinary operation with a focus on banquets managing a team of 20+.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader driven to grow with the ability to drive the business forward through staff training and development, creativity, and strong organization. At least three (3) years of culinary management experience in banquets and an upscale environment?is required. Prior luxury hotel and union management experience are a plus.
