The EPHM program at IIM Lucknow is designed to create future-ready healthcare leaders through an immersive 11-month curriculum that includes live online learning and an in-campus immersion at the IIM Lucknow campus. The program provides knowledge and skills related to healthcare economics and governance, enabling participants to understand the economic and regulatory factors affecting healthcare organizations.

The program focuses on resilient leadership and strategic alignment, equipping participants with the tools and strategies needed to navigate the complexities of the healthcare industry.
