SUMMARY

As the Creative Design/Animation EP, you will be in charge of a specific set of projects involving the creation of both content and/or digital assets. Your duties will include overseeing complex production projects that may include multiple markets, languages, and specifications. As part of this, you will be overseeing cost estimates and ensuring all content meets requirements and specifications. To succeed in this role, you will possess a methodical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills. You will also demonstrate the ability to coordinate with clients, partners, and the rest of the organization at a variety of levels and across functions in order to manage client expectations to ensure successful campaigns.

FOCUS

• Collaborate with the Director of Production and Creative Leads on the best approaches for projects during the bidding process, with experience in design, and 2D and 3D animation techniques to help support those decisions for each unique project.
• Lead the creation of bid materials during bidding processes, sometimes for multiple projects: budgets, bid letters, and production schedules.
• Lead communication with staff, freelancers, and vendors such as 2D and 3D Artists, designers creatives, and more during the bidding process.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in production?
• Must have a holistic approach to production
• Must have experience working on large-scale advertising campaigns
• Must have experience managing a team
• Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deliverables, work well with multiple teams, and fit into a well-defined workflow??
