Executive Moves at DCSA, ManTech, NASA, Tyto Athene, and Two Six Technologies
David Cattler, a 20-year national security and intelligence industry veteran, has been named director of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, succeeding Daniel Lecce, acting director of DCSA who will remain as the agency's deputy director. He will assume his new post on March 24 and provide oversight of counterintelligence, personnel security, industrial security and security training.
Christopher Copeland, a technology industry executive, has been appointed chief digital officer at Herndon, Virginia-based defense tech services contractor ManTech. He will oversee ManTech’s strategic approach to delivering digital transformation initiatives in support of U.S. defense, intelligence and federal civilian agency customers.
Leslie Livesay, former associate director for flight projects and mission success at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, has been named deputy director of the federally funded research and development center, succeeding Larry James, who held the role for over a decade. Livesay brings to the role 37 years of experience in autonomous space exploration, Earth science and astrophysics.
Dennis Kelly, a three-decade defense and intelligence community veteran, was appointed CEO of Tyto Athene, an Arlington Capital Partners-backed federal systems integrator. The Tyto Athene chief executive will be responsible for leading strategic business growth initiatives and driving delivery of mission-focused digital transformation services to customers in the defense, national security, intelligence, space and public safety markets.
Amy Dalton has been promoted to?chief performance officer and executive vice president of operations at?Two Six Technologies, transitioning from her previous role as vice president of operations. The Arlington, Virginia-based technology firm said Wednesday she will maintain her role of building and leading the operations team, while also taking on responsibilities for overseeing business development and the products team.
