Embassy Suites Napa Valley is looking for an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team!
Located amongst rose bushes, a chef’s garden, and mill pond complete with swans, the property is in the heart of Napa Valley, only five minutes from downtown. This Mediterranean-inspired property has over 200 rooms, 10,000 square feet of meeting space, in-room dining, and a restaurant hosting the Embassy Suite's signature made-to-order breakfast and complimentary evening reception.
In this role, you will oversee the culinary department managing a team of 15-20 and reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager (the department head).?
The ideal candidate will be a team player and excellent leader with a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences while fostering a culture of postivity, accountability, and staff development. At least three (3) years’ experience in culinary management with a background in banquets / catering is required. Prior hotel experience is a plus.
