The recently renovated Conrad New York Midtown is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team!

Located in midtown Manhattan, this urban luxury hotel has over 500 rooms, 6,000 square feet in banquet space, and 2 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3-meal restaurant and in-room dining.

In this role, you will oversee culinary, stewarding, and purchasing managing a union staff of 50 and reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader with a drive for continuous growth and a talent for elevating quality and service while fostering a positive and professional culture. At least two (2) years' experience as a hotel Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef with a background in upscale and union environments is required.
