Our Chief Nurse leaves with a heavy heart as she has secured another Chief Nurse role closer to her home in Nottingham. Michelle Rhodes leaves big shoes to fill and we are seeking an experienced nursing leader who has operated at Board level and can bring credible, compassionate, and professional leadership to our dedicated nurses, midwifes and allied health professionals. This is an opportunity to lead in one of the country’s largest University Hospitals and to make your mark in establishing our programme of quality improvement.
Our Director of IM&T is retiring in the summer after seven successful years in the position. We are therefore looking for a new and experienced Director of Digital Transformation to join the Trust as the technology agenda provides huge opportunities for us to innovate to support our patients and clinicians flexibly, drive efficiency and increase safety. In this role you will shape and deliver our digital strategy ensuring this supports our clinical staff and patients as well as our wider integration ambitions as a health and care system.
