When it comes to getting off to a F.A.S.T. start, many business owners and leaders make the mistake of thinking that developing a great strategy is what is required.
Yes, a great strategy is important, but it is worthless if it isn’t executed on.

Most owners I speak with know this, but I often hear some of these when I tell them that execution is king.
“We have conflicting agendas that distract us”

“The plans are too complicated”
“We don’t have any accountability in place”
“Everyone is too busy with other work”
Therefore people believe execution is hard.
So, I wanted to be able to bust the “Execution is hard” myth. We studied our clients and many other small businesses that execute flawlessly to find out the common traits with leaders and owners that executed F.A.S.T.
