11 个月Individuals health is misrepresented and a missing link to great employee experiences. We try to boil things down into this homogenous way to explain complex relationships as if they are all or nothing. Despite our similarities in our DNA we are unique in our own way. So to is the cultural ecosystems within businesses today. Human Capital management, HR wasn’t really a thing until it became the #1 problem that unanoimously all businesses and leaders are struggling with. Today it is a space that routinely comes up new phrases and terminologies so consultants can preach expertise, to enrich themselves while much of those doing the work itself aren’t involved within the creation of these “forward thinking” frameworks. Just like AI we see experts calling themselves experts, a PR campaign to prove one’s expertise however we still haven’t solved the problem. If we want to cure the diseases plaguing most businesses today we must start with the individual first. Determine the symptoms with quantitative and qualitative data while not losing sight of the individual making those decisions and how they come to those decisions to help support them make the best decisions for themselves and their definition of success

11 个月Curious to learn if you have found the Holy Grail for the #ex #px. My equation goes a bit different but pinpoints the same message: PX=CX=value . But anyway, drawing a direct link from money/ resources invested in the people via better CX to more benefits for the bottom line is the big challenge for all employee experience / people experience enthusiasts in the always ongoing internal battles for attention and resources. Every idea to bring macroeconomic evidence is highly valuable in all these discussions.
