Exclusivity clause renewal in Colombia

We are pleased to announce the renewal of the Exclusivity clause between Medax and INDUSTRIAS CARDIOMED for the management and the increase of the Medax-branded products in the Colombian market.

The Agreement with INDUSTRIAS CARDIOMED was initially signed in 2011 and lead to an unexpected growth of the business between the two companies. The routinary contact between Industrias Cardiomed and Medax Management on one side, and a daily discussion between operative offices, made it possible for the Medax product to be widely spread throughout the main operators in Colombia through out a professional and well-trained sales force.

During the last year, even though the Agreement was still in force, commonly the companies signed for the removal of the Exclusivity clause to rearrange the focus and the targets. For the past 8 months, both companies have been working on new targets and new challenges.

Today, we want to share with you the enthusiasm of our teams for the Exclusivity renewal with the aim to enforce the distribution capacity and the common goals.
