Her journey with EE-Engineering began as a quest for growth and collaboration. Now, one year in, Alina's impact is felt across our projects, where she navigates challenges with grace and expertise.

Alina, can you tell us a bit about your role at EE-Engineering?

Of course! I'm a planning and design engineer, which means I'm involved in creating and implementing plans for our projects. From the initial planning stages to the final design phase, I work to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What motivated you to join EE-Engineering?

I was drawn to EE-Engineering because I saw it as a place where I could grow both personally and professionally. I wanted to be part of a team that values innovation and excellence, and EE-Engineering seemed like the perfect fit for me.

How long have you been with EE-Engineering, and what has your experience been like so far?

I've been with EE-Engineering for about one year now, and it's been an incredible journey so far. I've had the opportunity to work on some exciting projects and collaborate with a talented team of professionals. Every day brings new challenges, but I love the opportunity to learn and grow.

Can you walk us through a typical day in your role?

Certainly! A typical day in my role entails extensive planning and re-planning, alongside designing and problem-solving to address various challenges that emerge. Collaboration with colleagues is a significant aspect of my day, as we work closely to align our efforts and pursue shared objectives.

What do you find most enjoyable about your role?

The most enjoyable part of my role is definitely seeing the impact of my work. When I see that people are happy with the results and that our projects are successful, it's incredibly rewarding. Knowing that my efforts have made a positive difference motivates me to keep pushing forward.

What do you like to do in your free time?

Outside of work, I'm a pretty active person. I enjoy exercising, reading, and learning new things whenever I can. I'm also really into DIY projects and home interior design—I love renovating old furniture and creating photo galleries for my walls.

That's fascinating! Is there anything unique or surprising about you that people might not know?

Well, one thing that might surprise people is that I have birds as pets! It's not something you see every day, but I love having them around—they bring a lot of joy to my life.

Lastly, if you could have one superpower, what would it be?

That's a tough one, but I think I would choose the power of teleportation. Being able to travel instantly to any destination would be incredible—I could explore the world and experience new things whenever I wanted.
