Welcome, Gabriel! let′s start with you introducing yourself and giving us a brief overview of your role at EE-Engineering?

?Certainly. I'm Gabriel Cosmin Stoia, currently holding the position of CFO at EE-Engineering. In this capacity, I'm responsible for managing various financial aspects such as liquidity, payment approvals, and budgeting for both projects and daily operations. Additionally, I collaborate closely with accounting teams, handle vendor and client invoices, and actively participate in essential meetings.

What motivated you to join EE-Engineering?

I joined EE-Engineering seeking an opportunity to work for a larger company and advance my career. Progression and growth are important to me, and EE-Engineering presented the ideal platform for achieving these goals.

How long have you been with EE-Engineering?

I've been with EE-Engineering for about 2 years now.

What do you find most enjoyable about your role?

The most enjoyable aspect of my role is witnessing the satisfaction and happiness of my colleagues when we achieve positive results at the end of the day.

Outside of work, how do you spend your time?

When I'm not at work, my priority is being with my family, and creating cherished moments together at home. Living in Finland, where summers are brief but beautiful, my love for motorcycles takes center stage. Nothing beats a perfect summer day than cruising on my bike with my wife, exploring the scenic wonders of our surroundings.

Is there something you've always wanted to try but never had the chance?

I'm eager to experience bungee jumping, a thrilling adventure I've yet to embark on.

What's the best advice you have ever received?

The best advice I've received is to stay true to myself, live authentically, and refrain from comparing my journey to others.
