1. Tufting
Even the production of the raw fabric is an impressive step - 1,610 individual spools of yarn are attached to a 1/10" tufting machine. ?? The white raw fabric is made from these yarns. In one year, we tuft an average of 2,000,000 square meters on our machines. ?? Incidentally, it takes one person around 10 hours to change all the bobbins on a machine.

2. Chromojet printing system
Depending on the order, the finished raw material is then printed using one of the two printing processes available in our company. Carpets with patterns containing a maximum of 24 colors are printed on the Chromojet system. Here, the required colors are mixed on site according to individual recipes - up to 72,000 kilograms of color are produced in one week. ?? Around 2,000,000 square meters of carpet are printed on this system in one year.

3. Colaris printing system
High-resolution and sharply contoured designs can be printed in an almost unlimited range of colors using just a few basic inks. ?? Printing is already possible in very small quantities (batch size 1).

4. Coating
Each carpet is given an appropriate coating depending on its area of application and intended use. Despite being built in 1983, our system is state of the art. It is gradually undergoing a "retrofit".
?? We use this system to coat up to 14,000 square meters in 2-shift operation in one week, depending on the type of coating and the size of the job.

5. Making up
Shortly before the final finishing of a cut-to-size carpet, manual work is required once again. The edge is either linked or edged with a suitable ribbon. ?? This can be done with different materials and colors. ? In one year, we use around 1,141,463 meters of warp yarn.
