The Chief Technology Officer of a renowned consulting company with offices in Europe, America, and Africa sought solutions in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Knowledge Management Systems (KMS).

The client wanted a comprehensive understanding of AI utilization, perception, and internal initiatives within the company. To address this, a survey was designed with modules covering Internal AI Utilization, Potential AI Initiatives, and AI Integration. Primary research was conducted within the firm, and a dashboard was created for data interpretation.

The outcome included a well-designed survey that effectively addressed the client’s needs, achieving a 63% participation rate from key representatives in each department. A dashboard using Looker Studio was built for an exhaustive assessment of the data, allowing comparisons across departments and offices.

The results were presented in an Excel file with raw data, a Looker Studio dashboard, and a PowerPoint presentation with key insights.
