Picking a niche is mission-critical. You don't need to stop improving and refining it.

Suddenly, they were dealt a beautiful hand of cards.

Any business-minded person would look at that hand and see a straight flush.

• An endless global market—millions in your niche.
• All virtual and digital—low costs and evergreen products.
• Customer longevity—it takes years to learn a language.
• Language skills are both a necessity and a “nice-to-have.”

They’ve got a straight flush. But not everyone likes card games.

Business isn’t for everyone. But if you have that inclination...

Everything is set up for you to seize the opportunity and develop your own thing.

Whether you choose to act or not, make sure it’s for the right reasons. Both are valid choices.

Listening to the naysayers and doing nothing, even though your intuition is telling you to act.

That voice will always be there, trying to hold you back. Sometimes, that’s a good thing.

But sometimes, we need to remember—with compassion—that it’s like the big brother saying, “Daddy will be mad at us when he finds out. Don’t do anything different. Don’t disturb Dad.”

It’s just the fear of growing.

One day I decided I wasn't going to talk about mindset or have a mindset module in my courses.

And I didn't for a long time.

Maybe now I'll return to sharing some every now and then.

After all, I learned a ton from those advice.

Bad mindset costs you more than anything.

When I say 'you' I mean 'me'. But it can be you too.

It costs you time.

It costs you money.

It costs you relationships.

It costs joie de vivre.

It's tragic.
