Exclude 99% of Potential Customers

Do not try to be there for everybody. If you focus on everybody, you focus on nobody.

Deliberately exclude some groups of people. Deliberately target just 1 percent of them.

By doing so, you will not only just have customers you love to work with.

They’ll also come back to you again and again because of how much you value them.
