Microsoft has recently unveiled significant updates to their Surface range, enhancing performance and offering new features to meet the evolving needs of users. Here’s a detailed look at the key changes:
Surface Laptop 7 – 13”
Screen Size Increase: The screen size has been increased from 13.5” to 13.8” while maintaining the same footprint, offering a larger display without compromising portability.
RAM Adjustments: The entry-level model with 8GB RAM has been removed. The top-spec model now maxes out at 32GB RAM, down from 64GB.
Pricing: Prices have been reduced by 20p, 25p, and 30p per week, making it more affordable.
Surface Laptop 7 – 15”
RAM Adjustments: Similar to the 13” model, the entry-level 8GB RAM model has been removed, and the top-spec model now offers a maximum of 32GB RAM.
Pricing: Prices have been reduced but marginally only.
New Feature: This model will now be available with a Smart Card Reader, enhancing security and functionality.
Surface Pro 11
Display Options: Now available with both LED and OLED display options. The Ultra 5 model features an LCD, while the Ultra 7 model boasts an OLED display.

5G Connectivity: No 5G model has been released yet, but it is expected later this year with the Pro 10 or Snapdragon models.
Pricing: The Ultra 5 models have seen small price drops. Conversely, the Ultra 7 models have had a price increase but milky that’s because of the higher spec OLED display.
