Exciting Times...

The Israeli Handball Academy is opening its third year. 30 players are going to be this year in wingate institute, dreaming and living the dream of becoming professional players.

After receiving the news from the IOC on February, about increasing the size of the handball academy from 14 to 30 players, we started tracking and locating gifted players to join us. 66 players from all clubs and cities came during the year to training camps, and eventually 19 were picked up by the academy coaches.

We start next week our pre-season trainings and this is the place to thank mr. Damir Eklic that is leaving us to Germany with the u-19 Israeli National team.

Alexander Brecovic joined us, and together with Alessandro Buligan and Daniel Akim, well, I do believe we have a winning coaching staff that can aim high and hit the target.

I want to thank all friends, families, federation and academy staff that consistently are there for the players. Without them our mutual dream can parish rapidly.
