Since 2017, we've had the privilege of supporting clients at Avalon, from planning through to execution. Here are a few key tips to help you make the most of your presence at the show:
- It’s all about the people – Tailor your content to your audience, whether it's military personnel, SMEs, or aviation enthusiasts. It may be worth switching content over from trade days to public days to cater to different audiences.
- Plan early for customer experience?– Think about what you want your audiences to feel, think & do and plan an experience to take them through that journey. Remember that CAD plans feel different IRL so it’s worth measuring your space out and testing for crowd control and bottlenecks.
- Think of the story – Every interaction shapes a lasting experience. Make your story memorable and engaging. Think of merch selectively as an opportunity to reinforce your impact long after the show.
- Simple content works – Think about video, activities, or interactive ways to present your message. Make it easy and engaging! Rogue kids will try and hack your event displays, make sure you factor that into your AV resilience. ?
- Snacks, hydration & shoes – Avalon is big. Keep yourself and your team fuelled with snacks, plenty of drinking water and comfy shoes.
