In-person events with customers and colleagues, or offsite meetings with my team have always been the highlights. I firmly believe that nothing beats the power of the human connection. When we meet face-to-face, some special happens. Superpowers emerge, innovation accelerates, relationships are forged, and trust is built.??

All this to say… I’m passionate about events and delivering incredible experiences – which is why the news I have to share today is proof that passion and profession can align.?

I am thrilled to announce that I have joined Cvent, the global leader in the event and hospitality technology space, as their new Chief Customer Officer. It’s an incredible honor to lead their award-winning global Client Services organization and I am looking forward to working alongside their talented CS leadership team as we continue to deliver exceptional value to our clients worldwide.?
