Are you an experienced, fully licensed architect in Canada with a passion for leadership, design, and community-focused projects? A growing Revit-based architectural firm is looking for a visionary OAA Architect – Regional Lead to manage and inspire a small team of professionals in their Northern Ontario office.

What They’re Looking For
They need someone:
Licensed in Canada: Fully registered with the OAA or another Canadian provincial body, with at least 3 years of full licensure.

? Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, with 5–10 years as a Project Architect on sophisticated projects.
? Leadership-Oriented: A fair-minded leader who values diversity, can coach and mentor their team, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
? Revit-Savvy: Strong skills in Revit, with a portfolio showcasing design excellence and markups of others’ work.
? Knowledgeable in OBC: Experience across all project phases, from schematic design (SD) to construction administration (CA).
? Client-Focused: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Business development (BD) experience is a big plus.
? Growth-Minded: A professional who’s committed to continuous development and has a long-term vision, including aspirations for equity in the firm.
Familiarity with tools like Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and project management software is essential.
