Exciting News!

I have teamed up with Paula Martin of Condo Relief Consulting, and I'm so looking forward to our collaboration!

We're collaborating under the banner All Things Condo to offer condominium boards and owners affordable consulting and business coaching services. As condo expenses are rising, more condos are considering self-management. All Things Condo fills that niche by offering guidance when needed, rather than for a fixed monthly fee. Until now, most boards turned to more expensive legal expertise when faced with the dilemmas that condo self-management can spark.

As we build our new practice we'll each be adding to our service offerings. Starting with Board Boot Camp and Operating Plans, which are now called Recovery and Operating Plans (ROP's). I've already launched the ROP's and we expect to add other new offerings early in 2023. We're not quite ready to start hosting Board Boot Camp as we work on a program to assist boards that are interested in the self-management of their condo.

The ROP is a tool that can be used by condo boards across North America. It is not tied to local legislation and is a tool that all condos will find helpful. It is particularly exciting to be able to help condos that may be struggling financially to meet their objectives.

We are open for business and you can reach us by phone - 403-510-3210, or email - [email protected]. We can't wait to start changing the game of condo ownership!
