Thrilled to share that one of our renowned projects, Tru by Hilton in Gowanus, Brooklyn, has been awarded the prestigious Hilton Development Award!

This five-story hotel, designed by Raymond Chan Architects and developed by RJ Hospitality LLC, stands tall with its innovative design and commitment to excellence.

Spanning over 31,100 square feet, Tru by Hilton offers 101 guest rooms. President St. LLC, serving as the general contractor, has ensured that every aspect of this project meets the highest standards of quality and comfort.

With a total area of 6000 Sq.Mt., our ACP shades beautify the facade of this remarkable structure. Crafted with a specification of 4mm, FR A2+ (ACCP), our panels ensure both safety and aesthetic appeal.

Selected by the Hilton Development team among 52 winners, Tru by Hilton was recognized for its exceptional quality, positive impact on the local community, and early adoption of newer brands. This award is a clear demonstration of our dedication to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences and creating spaces that enrich the lives of our guests.
