From the same 5-minute scan you already know and love, the Home Report provides you with a new tool to create and enhance your listings, including:

• Easy copy-paste room measurements for MLS data entry
• In-depth home details to answer common questions from buyers
• A printable handout for open houses

Snapshots & Snapshots Report

Take photos while performing your CubiCasa scan and receive a Snapshots report showing the exact location on the floor plan where each photo was taken, as well as access to all of the photos you took.

How does this help Agents?

• Provide an in-depth look inside the property – present unique home features that are not included within the listing photos
• Clearly show where these features are located inside the home
• A printable handout for open houses

Introducing the PLUS Package

Fixed Furniture, Snapshots and the Home Report are exclusively available in our new PLUS product!

All for the same low price of $15. More great features, the same price as before.

The new PLUS product automatically gives you a ton of valuable features:

• Fixed Furniture on the floor plan (appliances, fixtures, islands, etc)
• Home Report (NEW!)
• Snapshots - take photos while you scan in order to document the property (NEW!)
• Custom Styling
• Upload Your Logo
• Custom Disclaimer Text

Here’s an overview of our new product bundles, designed to make ordering with CubiCasa as easy and affordable as possible.

Free floor plans are still available in the Lite package. Some of the previously free features are now available under the Plus package: custom styling, total area displayed, customizing the standard disclaimer, or downloading the floor plan as SVG.

Your MLS affiliated discount will apply towards PLUS features

Agents who are members of an MLS who have joined our MLS Partnership Program will continue to receive their standard discounts on all their CubiCasa invoices, regardless of volume. This is great news, because now with the same price you used to pay for fixed furniture - you can access more features from our new PLUS package.
