An Exciting New Multi-Family Design

Beasley & Henley Interior Design, is proud to have completed the interior design, interior detailing, furnishings and signage at Alta Deco in Orlando, FL for national developers, Wood Partners. The designers at Beasley & Henley created a striking interiors package for this 7,335 sq ft interior amenity space and two apartment models.

Alta Deco is classically sophisticated and comfortable. Tenants and guests are greeted by a color scheme of creamy whites, accented with blue-greens and intriguing geometric features. Upon entering the lobby, the warmth of the soothing tile flooring, is complimented by the enveloping rich wood toned furniture, and a custom blue velvet high-backed banquette. Dimensional architectural ceiling details and oversized organic pendants embody the?elegance and luxury of the space.

?Geometric-inspired lines create a sense of visual intrigue and balance. From the sleek contours of the furniture to the intricate patterns in the game room, lobby and coffee bar, these geometric motifs add a contemporary edge to the overall design. Brilliant pops of blue are complemented with threads of silver and gold throughout the spaces.

?The creamy white backdrop allows the natural light to bounce off and create a bright atmosphere surrounded by elaborate details. The arches, adorned with exquisite tile work, intricate black iron details and statement chandeliers, add a touch of architectural grandeur. The captivating beauty will provide a serene environment for their future renters to unwind and enjoy the finer things in life.?
