Title: Training Manager Job Location: Whitestown, IN (On-site) Job Type: Full-time
- 10+ years of experience in a Warehouse/Fulfillment Center.
- At least 3 years of recent experience in training within the e-commerce industry.
- Proven experience in setting up training systems and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong background in both operations and training is preferred.
- Candidates from Amazon, Walmart, Target, or similar fulfillment centers are highly preferred.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Develop and maintain training modules for warehouse associates across all functions (inbound, put away, pick, sort, pack, and ship).
- Create Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) to optimize operational efficiency.
- Track and improve learning curves for new hires and trainers.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and collaborate with Safety and HR for compliance training.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance employee performance.
- Design and deliver safety training in collaboration with the Safety Department.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide necessary coaching.
- Maintain training records and generate reports on training success.
- Stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve training initiatives.
