We would like to congratulate several companies, including Hololight, Expanso, and Aarna Networks, for successfully raising funds recently. We have seen many of our startups complete successful raises this year including Accelercomm, Pano, EdgeQ and Accuknox.

Our Summer Social was a roaring success, with over 200 attendees joining us for a memorable evening. The event showcased the strength of our community, featuring a panel session with industry leaders, innovative demos from our startups, and an overall atmosphere of celebration and collaboration.

Scott Waller, our Lab CTO, spearheaded an open brew project in collaboration with Dell, showcasing the power of technology and creativity. This project exemplifies our commitment to pushing boundaries and exploring new frontiers in the realm of innovation.

Mobile Medic Project

The Lab collaborated with Booz Allen Hamilton and Shabodi on a groundbreaking Mobile Medic application. This application provides secure and reliable communication channels between first responders and emergency medical personnel, ensuring reliable and high-speed critical communication during emergency medical situations.

By utilizing Shabodi's advanced network Application Enablement Platform (AEP) for network awareness, Mobile Medic can dynamically modify Quality of Service (QoS) in real-time, making it possible to prioritize and maintain critical communications during emergencies.

We are thrilled to contribute to the development of Mobile Medic and to see the transformative potential of network-aware applications and 5G technology in saving lives and enhancing the capabilities of critical personnel worldwide.
