Interesting ideas. I’m anxious to see how the new Training Load feature in watchOS 11 works. It is still building the 28 day data set on my watch. And I do love how much information on recent workouts Peloton uses before it recommends workouts (or recovery activities) for me each day. But we are scratching the surface of what’s possible.
