New Factory Facilities
We were thrilled to get moving into our new factory facilities last month!
This expansion marks a significant milestone in our journey, reflecting our growth and our commitment to meet the increasing demand for our products. The new space will be dedicated to twin ram baler assembly, allowing us to enhance our production capabilities. It will accommodate our growing baler refurbishment service, which has become very busy in recent months.
All of this will ensure that we can continue to provide high quality products, service and support to our customers. Here's to the next exciting chapter at REP-TEC!
Energy Saving Twin Ram Balers
Our latest Goliath baler is almost ready. This model has a 130T press force and 150kW power unit. It will be supplied with a wire tier and pre compaction lid so will be ideal for processing a variety of commodities.
This twin ram baler has been built with a very advanced hydraulic system offering both proportional pressure and flow control which will enable the customer to set up the machine to perfectly bale a variety of materials.
Another advanced addition to the machine will be the introduction of energy saving inverter drives to power the main motors. This introduction will see a 25%+ energy saving on like for like systems, so we are excited to see it in action.
New Operations Manager Appointed
We are delighted to welcome Ryan Barker to the REP-TEC team as our new Operations Manager.
With 19 years' experience working within this industry, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will be invaluable to our operations. His career began in site installation and he later transitioned into site service and service management. More recently, Ryan managed installation and commissioning of equipment and projects. We're confident that his diverse experience and strong leadership will make a significant impact at REP-TEC.

Recent IPS Twin Ram Baler Refurbishment
We recently refurbished a fully automatic IPS twin ram baler which went out to a customer in the UK. As you can see from the photos, this machine went through an extensive refurbishment at REP-TEC HQ before we installed it at the customer's site.
The customer is thrilled with the final results and we are delighted to have restored this machine, ensuring it remains functioning in the market.

Used Harris / IPS Baler Available
We currently have a 2013 refurbished Harris / IPS twin ram baler available. This machine will be refurbished to a very high standard and will be supplied complete with a new REP-TEC control panel and a new Accent wire tie system as well as new hydraulic pumps (see below for full detailed spec).
This model has a 165-tonne press force and a 75kW main drive motor capable of processing up to 15 tonnes per hour. It is the larger feed opening when compared to UK manufactured Twin Ram balers, so 1.5m x 2m versus the 1m x 2m of a UK offering.
Typically, performance based on OCC would be bale weight of 630kg and 16 T/hr throughput.
This machine is currently undergoing a refurbishment at our refurb centre, which includes:
