• Oversee all accounting operations for a PE-backed SaaS company.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies.
• Lead the audit process and manage relationships with external auditors.
• Support M&A activities and integration of acquired entities.

3. Controller - Construction Company (PE Backed, Seattle, WA Hybrid Schedule)

• Manage the accounting department for a PE-backed construction company.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and implement cost control measures and operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate job costing and financial tracking.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

4. CFO - Telecommunications Industry (Houston, Hybrid Schedule, Restructuring and Turnaround Experience Needed, PE Backed)

• Provide strategic financial leadership for a telecommunications company undergoing restructuring.
