This Strategic Alliance is developing a comprehensive National Framework for Next Generation Digital Twins, encompassing both top-down (Technological, Logistical, and Industrial) and bottom-up sector-specific approaches. This initiative is a cornerstone in realizing Vision 2030, propelling the Kingdom into a new era of technological leadership.

To bring Vision 2030 to life, our collaboration is spearheading the establishment of the Leading Global Standard for Next Generation Digital Twins in the Kingdom. Our National Framework will empower the Kingdom to orchestrate its Future Economy, aligned with the ambitious goals of Vision 2030. Here’s how we plan to achieve this:

1. Setting the Global Standard:

? Formation of a dedicated Taskforce/Working Group, drawing on the expertise of both Global and Local Subject Matter Experts.

? Collaborative efforts to develop a robust, technically advanced, and internationally recognized Digital Twin Framework, underpinned by principles of national sovereignty and social equity.

? Clear definition of standards, principles, and requirements to ensure a cohesive and scalable framework.

2. Building Lighthouses of Innovation:

? Implementation of Global Benchmarks, Best Practices, and Deep Domain Expertise to set new standards of excellence.

? Prioritization of Lighthouse Projects based on criteria emphasizing high impact, quantifiable outcomes, scalability, and overall excellence.

? Ensuring these Lighthouse Projects exemplify Best-in-Class capabilities, setting a global precedent.

3. Development of Globally Competitive Centers of Competence and Excellence

? Attract and nurture top talent, local resources, IP and critical infrastructure.

? Support growth of sovereign companies and Centers of Excellence, creating a rich ecosystem that spans both public and private sectors.

? Actively seek opportunities for capacity building and knowledge sharing, including establishing a Digital Twin-focused Saudi Skills Center, Think Tank, and Incubator.

? Establish world-class curriculum, training, and certification programs for both formal and hands-on Digital Twin training, in partnership with Saudi universities and academia.
