Exciting Changes Ahead for ECXO!

The European Customer Experience Organization (ECXO) is evolving to deliver even more value to our community. As the only open-access CX professional network, we've proudly welcomed members without fees until now, fostering a growing community of over 1,700 members business leaders and nearly 12,000 LinkedIn followers, 6300 on FB, plus engagement across all major platforms.

To continue advancing the CX profession and supporting sustainable growth, and keep helping global corporate and practitioners we are soon introducing changes:

1. Individual Membership Changes – April 2025

Starting April 2025, new corporate and ?individual members ??transition to a paid membership model to access exclusive benefits, to be announced in March. 2. Corporate Memberships – Coming March 2025
