We’re kicking off 2025 with exciting new projects in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area and are building out a strong pipeline of talented professionals. Here’s a quick overview of the profiles we’re seeking:

Pipeline #1: Power Platform – Automation Engineer

Overview: We’re expanding our digital transformation initiatives with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
• Integrate with systems like SharePoint and Dynamics 365
• Automate workflows and analyze data to support decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT
• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience
• Technical skills in SQL, JavaScript, and familiarity with licensing models

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate

Pipeline #2: Senior Tech Lead

Experience Level: Senior

Overview: Looking for a strong leader to manage the entire SDLC, from front-end design to back-end integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee software development lifecycle, including front-end (React, Angular, Blazor) and back-end (C#/.NET, SQL)
• Lead API integrations and mentor junior developers

Requirements:

• Full SDLC experience
• Strong UX/UI background
• Proficiency with native app environments
• Demonstrated leadership and team-management skills

Pipeline #3: Front-End / Full Stack Developer

Experience Level: Junior to Mid-Level Overview: Join our team to build interactive web and desktop applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Front-end development using React.js
• Back-end integration with C#/.NET
• Desktop app development with WPF

Requirements:

• 2+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in React.js, C#, .NET, WPF
• Familiarity with RESTful services and version control (Git)

Pipeline #4: GIS Developer

Overview: Focus on automating geospatial data management within an enterprise GIS environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ETL scripts and work closely with stakeholders
• Ensure data governance compliance and quality control

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with ESRI suite and SQL
• Scripting for geospatial data (Python, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS

Desired Skills:

• ESRI Python tools, JavaScript for GIS
• Experience with CAD/BIM-to-GIS workflows
