?I am thrilled to announce that I have recently joined ERA Group in the UK as an Associate Consultant. This new venture aligns closely with my personal values, allowing me to engage in activities I am passionate about, while leveraging the skills and talents I am blessed to possess. I firmly believe that this opportunity is not merely a coincidence, but a part of God’s purpose in my life.

?Helping others has always been a driving force in my life. I believe that one of the reasons I am here is to support those around me, whether individuals or organizations. It fills me with immense satisfaction when my actions contribute to improving someone’s situation or adding value, leading to a better world, where people and systems function more effectively, and where the future looks brighter.

?For those who know me well, you might be aware of my lifelong affinity with numbers. From a young age, I’ve had a natural ability to work with numbers, analyze them, make projections, and communicate insights in a way that is easy to understand. This passion is something I now get to indulge in with my clients at ERA Group. Who wouldn’t be thrilled to work in a field they love, especially when the outcomes of that work greatly benefit clients and the wider community?

?Throughout my career, I have been privileged to work with remarkable companies and organizations that have imparted invaluable life lessons. I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from individuals I greatly admire and respect. Additionally, over the past 25 years, I have had the joy (and sometimes the challenge) of being an entrepreneur, launching my own ventures across diverse industries. These experiences have often come with successes and failures, each offering different yet fundamentally similar lessons.

?I have tasted failure and learned how to rise from it, seek help, share successes and setbacks with others. All of these experiences have shaped me into the person I am today, helping me build skills, qualities, values, and character that I now humbly offer to assist others. Pain and discomfort have been excellent teachers, and at this stage in my life, I am grateful for them.

?Today, more than ever, businesses and organizations must focus on optimizing costs and operations. The crises and pandemics of recent times have hit most of us hard, with only a few sectors emerging stronger. These challenges have taken a toll on our cash flows and have, at times, caused us to stumble. They have often set us back on the path to achieving our goals, projections, and dreams, and now we find ourselves moving a bit more cautiously as we work to get back on track.

When I see a client who opens their doors to us and gives us the trust to help them identify opportunities within their projects, and to find new ways of doing things differently and more efficiently, it brings me great joy to see their bottom line start to improve—numbers that would otherwise have remained stagnant. As cash flows begin to strengthen and they can move forward with investment initiatives that were previously on hold, or start projects they had in mind but lacked the confidence to pursue, or simply improve their financial metrics, and when the employees we work with start achieving results they hadn’t anticipated, I feel that we have accomplished something truly significant. It’s almost like the small ripples that form when a stone is dropped into a still pond, gradually impacting the surroundings in subtle yet powerful ways.

?This doesn’t mean that we at ERA Group are geniuses or that we are better than our clients’ own teams. The key is that when clients trust us to help, we have the immediate human resources available to work, and we benefit from a global network of consultants with collective knowledge. There is always someone with many years of experience to analyze specific categories where our clients might not have the expertise, as they are focused on their core business—where they are, without a doubt, the experts. And the one thing our clients often need most, even more than skills or knowledge, is the most valuable resource: TIME.
