To say we are (e)cstatic about our next Social Media Management Series (SMMS) Workshop is an understatement! Sure, we love to create social media content, but we absolutely love engaging with other businesses and social media managers to share our best practices and social media know-how.

The SMMS workshop is designed for employees or business owners who have been tasked or hired to manage social media for a business or brand. Attendees will receive a 100+ page SMMS Workbook, to follow along with our trainers; including exercises, excellent reference points, and tools to become a successful Social Media Manager.??

We instruct on brand awareness, gaining engagement, strategy, and return on investment. As you know, social media is not simply posting.

Upon completion, the goal for attendees is to be able to:

? Understand how different audiences use each platform and be able to identify which platforms best meet an organization’s needs

? Create a social media strategy to complement an organization’s marketing strategy

? Generate engaging content in written, photo, long-form, and short-form video formats

? Implement scheduling tools and time management practices

? Be familiar with platform rules and regulations

? Optimize the use of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

? Set up and use Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, and LinkedIn Business Manager

? Build ads through Meta Ads Manager

? Read data and use the information to inform content and ads

? Generate reports and measure ROI
