Excited to announce that 2017 has been a great year, as I have successfully achieved my NVQ Level 3 and passed my driving test.

After a year of hard work and determination, I am happy to announce that I have now completed my Level 3 Business administration qualification. If you are leaving education, whether it be school or college; I would highly recommend taking the time out to think about the subject that interests you the most and how fast you can get into that field of work, to ensure you are able to grow and progress into a stable and rewarding career.
For me, it has always been about learning and development. I asked myself how I can learn in an environment that also allows me to develop professionally and personally. An apprenticeship was the answer to that question.
Here I am a year later, now moving forward with a Level 3 Business administration qualification and a years’ worth of valuable knowledge in a working environment.
I am proud of the work I have submitted and I do truly believe that being in a working environment whilst studying allows you to develop/expand your knowledge, communication and professional skills much faster than just education alone.
When I look back to when I first started at Resolute Recruit, I see a completely different person. I have grown alongside the people I work with, who have always encouraged me to do better and believe in myself. Alongside my apprenticeship, I also passed my driving test, which required perseverance and hard work. Unfortunately this was due to me failing a few times before achieving my overall goal of passing; to me, reinforcing my realisation nothing in life is easy and that if you want something you have to take the bull by the horns, so to speak.
From an early age, I have always believed in and strived to better myself so I could one day have a successful career where I could own a car, have financial independence and be in a role where I could one day own my own house. If you are like me, the advice I offer is to seriously consider an apprenticeship. As you are able to study and work whilst earning money in order to grasp your independence that you strongly strive for.
The work experience I have gained will benefit me for life, as I am now used to operating in a working environment. Work life is very different to full time education. The independence and responsibility you must take on does increase massively, it kicks you into gear to say the least! Being around people who have a broad and wide range of knowledge and are really good at what they do has in my opinion also helped me develop faster.
In regards to the future, I am already taking on more managerial and administrative responsibilities, which is very exciting and I am looking forward to being an intricate part of the company’s expansion. I am also looking forward to continuing the development of my academic studies and hope to do a Level 4 in Office Management in the near future.
